Mediació La nostra escola disposa d’un servei de mediació escolar on l’alumnat que té algun conflicte o problema es pot adreçar, a fi de seure a parlar de forma estructurada i respectuosa per poder arribar a entendre el què ha passat i poder trobar possibles vies de solució. Entenem, doncs, la mediació com una forma de resoldre els problemes  de manera pacífica, on l’alumnat ha de trobar solucions als seus conflictes. En la mediació participen a més de les parts implicades , una tercera persona, la mediadora que els ajudarà a cooperar i comunicar-se a fi de trobar solucions que siguin justes i satisfactòries que ajudin a millorar la relació entre ells. Per tant, el servei de mediació constitueix una acció educativa i preventiva davant dels conflictes i aquest s'ofereix a tots els membres de la comunitat educativa. Cal tenir present que tot allò que es diu a mediació és CONFIDENCIAL. Així, doncs, qui vulgui resoldre un conflicte o problema a través de la mediació cal que es dirigeixi al seu tutor/a o bé a la coordinadora del servei, l’Anna González Díaz. Fer ús del servei de mediació  ajuda a l’alumnat  a sentir-se millor, més satisfets davant un moment en el qual no saben què fer per resoldre una situació de conflicte. La mediació és, doncs, un espai on parlar i resoldre diferències relacionals sense que ningú hi perdi, ben el contrari: TOTS HI GUANYEM ! Per descarregar el PDF fes clik aquí
