L’etapa d’Educació Primària comprèn els nens i nenes de 6 a 12 anys. En tenir una sola línia només hi ha una aula per nivell, oferint un tracte proper i familiar als nostres alumnes i familiars.
Dins l’etapa de Primària l’alumnat aprèn a pensar i actuar de manera integrada, considerant les interconnexions i interrelacions entre els aprenentatges. Promovem, de manera transversal, l’adquisició d’hàbits i valors per créixer personalment i per resoldre problemes i situacions des de qualsevol de les àrees curriculars. Fomentem la iniciativa, la creativitat, l’esperit crític i el gust per aprendre a través de diferents tipus de metodologies. Desenvolupem la cultura de l’esforç i de treball.
Per l’organització pedagògica el centre segueix els següents criteris:
• Compliment del currículum establerts en els docents a través dels quals s’estableix l’ordenació dels ensenyaments.
- Integrant els coneixements amb l’aprenentatge competencial.
- Potenciant la funcionalitat dels aprenentatges i l’experimentació.
- Promovent l’autonomia personal (treball cooperatiu, autoregulació del propi procés d’aprenentatge).
• Priorització i seqüenciació ordenada dels continguts, tenint en compte la transferència dels coneixements entre les diferents àrees/matèries.
• Sistematització d’alguns continguts concrets amb estratègies específiques (estratègies de càlcul mental i de resolució de problemes, grafomotricitat, expressió escrita i el treball ortogràfic a partir de primària).
• Flexibilitat horària per a la realització de projectes interdisciplinaris i altres treballs cooperatius amb metodologies diverses, respectant els mínims curriculars establerts per cada nivell.
• Distribució d’hores lectives per àrea/matèria en funció de les necessitats del centre detectades en les avaluacions realitzades, respectant sempre les hores mínimes establertes en els decrets.
• Dedicació d’una hora setmanal a la tutoria en grup.
• Dedicació horària per a les activitats complementàries (5 hores setmanals a l'etapa de primària).
• Mesures adequades per a l’atenció a la diversitat.
A cada curs es revisen i s’actualitzen les programacions de les diferents àrees/matèries i es fan les adaptacions oportunes amb l’objectiu de millorar l’aprenentatge del nostre alumnat.
